6. Orders

  • Adding a product to the cart does not complete a purchase.
  • An order is confirmed after payment is completed and confirmation is displayed or sent.
  • The Company may reject or cancel orders due to unavailability, clear pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, inability to verify information, or legal violations.

If a paid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded according to the Refund Policy and payment method.

7. Payment

Electronic payments may be processed through independent payment providers. Aurelia Health does not retain full bank-card details when payment is processed through an external provider.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to areas covered by approved shipping providers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, contact Customer Service as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with clear photos. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

10. Exchange, Return and Refund

These matters are governed by the Company's separate Exchange, Return & Refund Policy. Due to product safety and resaleability, some cosmetic and other products may not be returnable after opening or use, subject to applicable law.

11. Cosmetics, Personal Care Products and Dietary Supplements

  • Products intended for return should not be opened or used except where a defect, damage, non-conformity, or statutory right applies.
  • Store products according to package instructions.
